Just had Jerry Ballard out to do some plumbing projects I've been putting off and he's experienced, communicates, shows up on time and does great work. You can see from the pictures that it's the kind of stuff going bad in our 20+ year old houses. 10/10 recommend and he can beat any of the big companies on price.
I recently hired Jerry to install a rather complicated free standing jacuzzi bathtub. From the start he was responsive, transparent and his pricing was more then fair. Jerry was able to schedule me right away and promptly came out to the house to actually look at what we had going on and what was needed for the install. He showed up exactly on time and very cleanly and neatly install my new tub. He showed up with a smile and you could tell he was happy to be there! If you need a plumber go ahead and call Jerry. He is one of the good ones! We will be using Jerry again.
Wow what an awesome guy. My water heater went out and he came today and put my new water heater in. He was so easy to work with pleasant demeanor left the workspace cleaner then it was (which was a bit embarrassing on my part) I would highly recommend him for any plumbing jobs you may have. As you all know it's hard to find good and reliable tradesmen. Thanks Jerry.
